I am applying to enroll as a Paid-on-Call/Volunteer Firefighter for the Lake Country Fire Department. If accepted I will undertake to perform such duties as may be assigned to me by the Fire Chief or delegate.
If my employment, permanent address and/or status of driver’s licence should change after becoming a member of the Lake Country Fire Department, I will notify the Fire Administration Office immediately and my membership will be reviewed in view of the new information.
